 what was the fruit or vegetable before it became rotten?
Its an apple core that has dried out. Im creating an entry for a competition about wrinkles that have formed on fruit or vegetables.

I was hopeing that it might have come across better - will have to try harder next time ! have you heard of the mobster tight lips? he was a very notorious mobster who didn't even rat out those who shot him and when he was fatally shot one day the police asked him who shot you and he said nobody shot me
Not really head of him. Why do you mention?
well because I found him to be an interesting person to read about due to being called tight lips
